In a large mixing bowl add all of the ingredients and mix well making sure all of the ingredients are wet and coated.
Line a baking tray and add the granola to the tray.
Spread into and even layer, like a sheet of granola.
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, making sure to check on it regularly.
Remove from the oven once golden and leave to cool completely.
Once cool break the granola up into your desired sized clusters.
Store in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks.
Enjoy with berries and yoghurt or however you like for a delicious snack.
Notes
Clusters- The most important thing you need to do to get good granola clusters is to not touch it when it comes out of the oven until it is fully cooled, then you can break it into clusters.Baking time- Granola should be lightly golden rather than brown and it can turn very quickly in the oven so be sure to keep a close eye on it. Different ovens vary so be sure to check on your granola and when the edges are starting to turn from golden to brown, remove your granola and start the cooling process.
